Van Café / Rocky Mountain Westy Return Policy



Here at Van Cafe / RMW we strive to provide the best parts available to keep you and your van on the
road. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the parts you received, we are here to help you through the
return process. All returns must be pre-approved by Van Cafe and your items must be returned unused
(re-sellable) in their original box. All returns are subject to denial. Please review our return policy below.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. In some instances, Van Café receives a better
shipping rate for larger packages, and we may be able to sell you a return label to help defray your return
shipping costs.

Please Note: Electrical components are non-refundable. This includes electronics, switches, bulbs and
other analog items.


Powder Coated Products: There is a mandatory 5% restocking fee applied to all powder coated products
being returned for store credit.

Return Policy
Notice: The below timelines begin the day your order is reported as delivered and must be returned to
Van Café / RMW within the timespan stated below.


• All orders that are returned within 30 days of being received by the customer, may qualify for a
full refund in the form of store credit, or a refund to the original form of payment with a 10%
restocking fee.


• All orders that are returned within 90 days of being received by the customer, may qualify for
either a full refund in the form of store credit or a refund to the original form of payment with a
15% restocking fee.


• All orders returned after 90 days of being received by the customer, (but less than one year) may
qualify for ONLY a refund in the form of store credit with a 10% restocking fee.


• All orders over one year old are not eligible for a return.


Restocking Fee
Restocking fees are to help offset additional administrative costs associated with all returns. This includes
paperwork, filing, accounting fees, and re-stocking associated with the return process.

To start the return process, you will need to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number by clicking the "New Support Ticket" at the top right of this page. You must include your original invoice number and the part you would like to return in the new ticket text. RMA number are only valid for 30 days after creation, expired RMA numbers may result in additional fees.
